With all the fashion weeks coming up starting with NYC we look to see what the top designers would have to offer. Who would have thought Nike was going to show up with a huge hit. The Nike wedge sneaker – I did scoop up a pair while in NY – has not only made a stylish sneaker they have brought out a special edition for each fashion week! See attached photo. NYFW sold out of the pony hair silver wedge in just two hours!!!

Usually I can put together a top ten for Golden Globes but not this year. To many misses from Halle Berry’s shredded up mess, to Jlo’s nude floral dress that reminded me of what we made figure skating dresses out of! Did all stylist decide red was the colour of choice this year!? To much RED. BUT of course I did find a couple of looks I loved!

Holiday season! Having trouble finding that perfect dress for the ladies and dress shirt / tie combo for men?? I swear Camo never stops coming up in the fashion trends. It seems to always stick it out and re-appear in a new cut or style every year. My fave this year is the camo skinny. Current Elliot did a great one, as well as a casual camo jacket. I got mine for a stellar deal $54 at Zara… Would you wear Camo?

I have been a big consigner since the age of 13. Crazy right!! Shopping habits started young with my Dr.Martin collection in grade 8. Red patent to plaid 8 holes.. had to make money off them when the trend ended to afford the latest trend rolling thru by grade 10 lol. The consignment world has always been like and additional job to keep up with the fashion trends.
